This role will serve as the lead business analyst supporting enrollment & sales operations for CLEARs Aviation business. You will be responsible for conducting analyses, building tools, & driving initiatives that materially impact CLEARs in-airport enrollment volume, revenue & sales efficiency. You will leverage your analytical ability & top notch communication skills to derive insights from data & communicate findings & recommendations to stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations & finance. Strong organizational, analytical, & stakeholder management skills will be key factors to success.

What you'll do:

• Serve as lead business analyst supporting enrollment & sales operations for CLEARs Aviation business, driving analyses & making recommendations to support the growth & optimization of the business
• Develop a deep understanding of CLEARs Aviation business, maintaining an up-to-date view of growth trends, key performance metrics, sales conversion & efficiency, & the full cost structure of the business
• Leverage data to devise & recommend initiatives for revenue, cost & process optimization, including new sales programs, incentive structures & staffing models
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business & field to identify & optimize drivers of in-airport enrollment & sales performance
• Identify & define key metrics & build dashboards to accurately report on business & sales performance on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $115,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
