In this leadership role, you will be at the helm of the strategic direction & financial success of our rapidly expanding HelloFresh Market & EveryPlate Market. You will be responsible for developing & executing a comprehensive strategy, driving the innovation roadmap, & leading a team to manage both strategy & ensure seamless execution. Your expertise will be instrumental in curating a compelling assortment of products that enhance our customers' cooking experience & drive significant revenue growth for the add-on store as well as customer retention for the business. You will report to the VP Product Strategy & Innovation.
You will...
- Develop & implement the overarching strategy & roadmap for HelloFresh & EveryPlate Markets, aligning with the company's financial targets & each brands long-term growth objectives.
- Spearhead the financial planning for the business including setting sales, margin, & customer satisfaction targets, & be accountable for delivering against these key performance indicators.
- Champion the use of data analytics & market insights to identify new product opportunities, optimize assortments, & inform pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in marketing, supply chain, & product innovation to ensure a seamless & successful launch of new products & promotions.
- Be fully immersed in industry & market trends, keeping a close eye on competitors & providing the team with insights & ideas on new innovation to grow the add-on business.
- Work closely with the Sourcing team to define product specifications, develop new products, & manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.

- A seasoned & strategic leader with a proven track record of success in product development, category management, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in the food & beverage industry.
- A motivational manager with experience building & developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Highly analytical & data-driven, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies & compelling business cases.
- An exceptional communicator & collaborator who can effectively influence & align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ambitious, results-oriented, & adept at navigating ambiguity to drive impactful business outcomes.
You have...
- A Bachelors degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in category management, product development, or merchandising, preferably within an e-commerce or grocery environment.
- At least 2 years of experience directly managing & developing a team.
