Product Marketing Manager

Your Role & Impact

HYPR, The Identity Assurance Company, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help successfully contribute to product launches, internal go-to market enablement programs & digital content campaigns. You will interface & regularly collaborate with a variety of different departments & play a key role in leveraging analytics & establishing benchmarks.

This is a hybrid role, based out of HYPRs New York City headquarters located conveniently in midtown Manhattan. The role is expected to be available for 2-3 days a week in office / remote on other days. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing team, as well as executive leaders engaged in customer & prospect discovery. 

We are looking for someone with SaaS based solution experience, security is a plus, but more important is an understanding of B2B enterprise audiences, & products that have significant implications on the teams that manage them & the end users using them day-in-and-day-out. A strong eye for technical detail goes a long way in this role as your ability to gauge depth with our product teams, solution architects & engineers will enable you to ask the right questions, get to the hidden gems of value, & truly differentiate & identify key value propositions we may otherwise take for granted. 

This is also the type of role for you if you like translating technical information into an engaging narrative, hypothesis testing & KPIs & challenging teams around you to help validate theories, statements, whats working & what isnt. Producing great material doesnt end when it ships. Iterating & optimizing helps you to drive greater timeliness value from your hard work. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders throughout marketing, product, sales & leadership to create content, collateral & messaging that educates our audience personas across different sectors & themes.
  • Create materials to empower internal teams, including sales, customer success, & support, to effectively communicate product value propositions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product marketing, product management, sales, customer success & other stakeholders
  • Develop solution messaging & test various content strategy themes & product differentiation on Identity Assurance & HYPRs continued focus as a passwordless market leader.
  • Perform market analysis & research, synthesizing data from customers, partners, analysts, sales & product to inform product, pricing, & go-to-market strategies
  • Assist in development & value of competitive battlecards & other sales enablement activities. 
  • Create clear & compelling messaging content which will be used for sales collateral, solution briefs, blog posts, website, webcasts, trade shows, & related activities to drive market demand & awareness.
  • Understand the value of our key technology partnership / co-marketing opportunities & new routes to market & weave into relevant solution strategy.
  • Participate in webcasts, events & other demand generation activities
  • Guide & contribute to sales & partner enablement
  • Gain feedback to identify program success and/or opportunities for improvement

Requirements 

  • 4-8 years of experience in product/solution marketing with a focus on B2B enterprise level. 
  • Experience with SaaS based solutions is vital, identity/security is a plus, but other similar critical path products is a plus. 
  • Experience developing & refining product messaging & content tailored to different audiences & stages 
  • Strong eye for technical detail. Ability to dive into the nuance of the product with PMs, Engineering & solution specialists.
  • Hypothesis testing & KPI minded. You like to encourage that teams & talent can test our value props, tell us what should be at the top, whats working & what isnt & gives us room to iterate. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing-related field, or equivalent experience

Note:

This job is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite at our NY Corporate HQ.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

There is no additional variable compensation for this role.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size & industry, & are one part of our total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, & other opportunities at HYPR. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including location, qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, & balancing internal equity relative to other HYPRions. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at HYPR to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
