The Total Rewards team provides rewards programs that attract, retain & motivate Squarespace candidates & employees. We are looking for an Intern to help us use AI tools to automate responses to typical Benefits questions from our employees. Your project will have a long lasting impact on our company & showcase the innovation of the People team.

You will report to the Sr. Benefits Manager & work onsite in our New York office (hybrid).

You'll Get To

• Refine People team technologies & automate responses to employees about our benefits programs.
• Collaborate with teams to understand their needs & how AI tools can enhance their daily operations.
• Research AI tools to evaluate how they can improve & streamline operational processes within the Benefits team.

Who We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled New York-based student graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026.
• Knowledge or experience with AI tools landscape & automating processes.

Cash Compensation Range: $20.00 - $22.00 USD hourly rate
