About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Vice President or Senior Vice President to join the iCapital Solutions Broker Dealer business development team. The iCapital Solutions Broker Dealer team develops & manages relationships with iCapitals largest broker dealers. This individual will prospect new clients within the Wealth Management industry, maintain ongoing relationships with current clients, & provide support to the internal iCapital Solutions team members. This is a technical role focused on the delivery & ongoing support of iCapitals full suite of technology solutions to the independent wealth channel. This role will refine our marketplace positioning & go-to-market strategy across our business lines.
Responsibilities
- Develop new & existing relationships with broker dealers & support other relationship managers.
- Play a key role as the relationship manager for several strategic wealth management clients.
- Lead platform & system demonstrations for new prospects, lead responses to RFPs, & work collaboratively with internal & external cross-functional teams on fund launches, closes, & strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with other relationship managers, sales teams, & senior executives across the company to drive tactical & strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy & business development, CRM technology, & marketing.
- Manage & lead internal projects & develop frameworks & processes for ongoing team management.
- Develop presentations with significant data & analysis for internal meetings & projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a business development/relationship management capacity
- In depth knowledge of alternatives and/or structured investments required, experience in wealth management is a plus
- Direct experience working for or with wealth management firms
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strategic mindset & ability to work independently
- Demonstrated client service skills with stakeholders & clients
- Series 7 & 63 licenses are preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $235,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
