Within this organization:

• Our Knowledge Team creates & maintains content for internal tools & the external Help Center, supporting our employees, contractors, & users.
  
  
• Our Training Team develops & delivers training curricula that prepare health coaches, Customer Support agents, & BPO teams to provide exceptional care & service.
  
  

As the Senior Knowledge & Training Manager, you will lead both functionsoverseeing execution while staying hands-on with content development & strategy. Youll guide the evolution of AI-enabled knowledge tools, drive impactful training programs, & support a large & diverse user baseincluding Nooms coaching workforce, internal teams, & third-party partners. You'll also manage the person responsible for the internal knowledge base & ensure our growing library of content stays current & accessible.

What Youll Be Doing

• Co-develop strategic vision for Nooms knowledge management & training programs in alignment with user satisfaction, coaching effectiveness, & operational goals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Operations, Coaching) to deliver a unified & scalable learning & knowledge experience across diverse audiences.
• Oversee AI-enabled knowledge systems, optimizing content for self-service & automation to improve resolution rates & satisfaction.
• Drive content strategy by auditing & maintaining a large library of support resources, ensuring accuracy, clarity, & alignment with brand voice.
• Design & implement training programs for internal & external teams, including onboarding, continuous learning modules, & role-specific development.
• Leverage feedback & data to identify content gaps, refine learning experiences, & enhance knowledge accessibility.
  Manage & mentor a high-performing team, providing clear direction, support, & alignment across internal & partner teams.
• Track & report key metrics, presenting insights to senior leadership to demonstrate the business impact of training & knowledge programs.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years in knowledge management, training, or content strategy, with experience in tech, SaaS, or health/wellness industries.
• 2+ years leading teams & managing complex projects across content, training, & operations.
• Skilled in optimizing knowledge bases for AI tools & chatbot experiences; familiar with platforms like Zendesk, Stonly, Intercom, & LMS systems.
• Strong writing & editing abilities, with a track record of creating clear, engaging content for diverse audiencesincluding coaches, users, & external partners.
• Experienced in designing & facilitating training programs grounded in adult learning principles, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Data-driven & highly organized, with expertise in managing large content ecosystems & continuous learning initiatives.
• Effective cross-functional collaborator, comfortable working with internal & external stakeholders in hybrid or distributed environments.
• Deeply aligned with Nooms mission & passionate about empowering behavior change through impactful learning experiences.

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000 - $138,000.
• The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
