iCapital is looking for a motivated & eager candidate to join the Implementation team to support the expanding development of the platform partnerships with iCapital & financial intermediaries. The Implementation team sits within the Product department & is responsible for managing integration activity for both new & existing clients as well as managing the client experience with the iCapital platform in close partnership with Product Managers & Relationship Managers.

The ideal candidate has a penchant for knowledge, a hunger for growth & learning, is comfortable interacting with clients & 3rd party vendors & will embrace a collaborative, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. 

Responsibilities

• Support the Implementation Lead on all aspects of new & existing client integrations including but not limited to project management, operating model & business process design, data integration with clients & 3rd party Admin/TAs, & platform set-up, testing & rollout.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients & work with the Implementation Lead to manage the clients overall platform experience including maximizing their consumption of the platform.
• Learn all interfaces on iCapital platform; Develop an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end platform & conduct platform demonstrations.
• Drive operational efficiencies & platform enhancements proactively & consistently.
• Document & update procedures, processes, & workflow, assisting with the creation of playbooks & client collateral.
• Understand our clients business circumstances & how that translates to the iCapital platform & provide internal stakeholders with client context to assess change management activities.
• Partner closely with Product Managers & Implementation Leads to support the delivery of new product enhancements & updates including client testing where applicable, & communication & platform configurations.
• Work with Platform Support & Product Management teams to troubleshoot platform issues.
• Work in collaboration with Product management, Relationship Management & Sales, Investor Relations, Platform Support, & other teams to deliver for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience in project management/operational financial services
• Strong interpersonal & presentation skills with the ability to influence & communicate effectively across both internal & external stakeholders
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & data analytics skills
• History of being a team player, willingness to roll up ones sleeves & get the job done
• Detail-oriented & able to strategically prioritize tasks
• Desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Experience in alternative investments or financial services is preferred

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $100,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
