Teads is seeking a dynamic & results oriented Director of Revenue Operations to join our United Stages Operations team. As a Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys revenue growth by overseeing lead generation, goal setting processes, yield management & by monitoring churn & retention.  You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing & customer experience teams to optimize end-to-end revenue operations & ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop & implement strategies for effective lead generation to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Analyze lead conversion data to identify areas for improvement & implement changes accordingly.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to establish clear & measurable revenue goals.
  • Continuously assess & refine goal-setting processes based on performance & market dynamics.
  • Define & implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence to design & implement systems for monitoring customer churn & retention rates.
  • Collaborate with customer experience & product teams to identify factors influencing churn & develop strategies to enhance customer retention.
  • Create regular reports & dashboards, to communicate key performance metrics to leadership.
  • Develop forecasting models to predict revenue growth & inform strategic decision making.
  • Build a pricing & yield management infrastructure to support overall business health.

Requirements:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, goal setting processes & churn & retention monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of yield management principles.
  • Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with a data driven mindset.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
  • Experience with CRM & revenue operations tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot.)
  • Exceptional communication & collaboration skills.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience

The base salary range is $140K-$180K; Salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this role. Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, & skills.
