**This role will be expected to work out of the NY office twice a week**

The VaynerX People & Experience Team (P.E.T.) partners with leaders & our people to help them fulfill their potential & realize transformational outcomes for our clients. We share accountability for not only people's initiatives, but also the success of the organization we support. What You'd Do:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from initial screening to hire, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Manage candidate experience; guiding candidates through the recruiting life-cycle by being highly responsive with candidate communications.
- Build talent pipelines & ensure that every candidate experience is thoughtful, kind, & a clear representation of what it's like to work at VaynerX
- Partner with CCO & VP of Recruiting to identify recruitment needs, establish a strategy, & effectively source, recruit, & advise on qualified candidates & high standard of portfolios
- Utilize outside-the-box recruitment methods to continually find innovative & groundbreaking ways to find, attract, & hire top talent for your client-base.
- Provide data points & insights on hiring workstream to consistently improve the process & quality of the hiring funnel
- Continuously educate & train hiring managers & interview panels on recruiting best practices & guidelines.
- Research, identify & develop relationships with prospective candidates for active searches through targeted company research, passive outreach, industry networking, & internal sources.
- Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities by assembling powerful sourcing strategies
What You've Got:
- 7+ years of relevant experience recruiting within the creative advertising, marketing, digital design, or creative space
- A network, or an understanding, of the competitive marketplace within the creative industry across specifically: Copywriters, Art Directors, & Designers from entry level to CD levels
- The ability to evaluate creative portfolios & candidates with ease, & the understandings & break-downs of creatively driven roles within advertising & marketing
- Experience managing a high volume of candidates
- Ability to learn new skills/processes/specialties quickly
- Comfortable carrying your own requisition load, keeping your recruiting skills sharp, & reinforcing mentorship & best practices to the Recruiting team

- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, & location.
- Base Salary $140,000 - 190,000
