Manager, Affiliate Marketing
Job Description:
We are hiring a Manager, Affiliate Marketing to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will support the Strategy & Operations of the Affiliate Marketing programs for HelloFresh, Factor, Green Chef, & Everyplate. Your goal will be to manage & optimize existing relationships as well as recruit & develop new partners that will drive high-quality traffic that accelerates profitable revenue growth. You will also develop & execute efficient communication with partners & stakeholders as well as managing account operations.

- Work closely with the GM Teams, assisting in management of all partnerships to successfully drive profitable growth for the HelloFresh group (multiple brands).
- Ensure Affiliate Operational effectiveness. You are responsible for operational processes running smoothly & efficiently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders & partners.
- Support & manage the day-to-day operations of multiple active partners including managing content & messaging updates, deployment of creative assets & tracking links, etc. while ensuring program details are accurate & up to date
- Use a Data Driven approach to account management, closely monitoring brand & partner performance using various internal & external dashboards. Analyze data to find opportunities, trends & escalate any potential red flags. Track campaign & channel performance, identify key campaign learnings & quantifiable business opportunities to improve existing campaigns
- Identify, recruit & activate new publishers who can provide additional reach. Optimize existing relationships to drive high-quality traffic that accelerates revenue growth
- Develop relationships with current & new affiliate partners at the appropriate level via email & on calls. Act as key point of contact with external partners & vendors, establishing & maintaining these relationships on behalf of HelloFresh
- Responds to affiliates' inquiries, troubleshoots issues & engages affiliates with the goal to activate or optimize relationships.

At a minimum, you have...
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in e-commerce, online / performance marketing / affiliate marketing or partnership management
- Excellent communication skills with a sharp attention to detail & organization
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Google platforms
- Experience working in affiliate marketing platforms preferred (ex: impact, Commission Junction).
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (Tableau) & knowledge of key marketing metrics (ex: CAC, CLV, PPC, CPA, & CPM, etc.)
- A team player & eager to be part of a rapidly growing company in a competitive vertical
