Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS) & identify areas for optimization
- Develop & implement data-driven performance marketing campaigns across Google Ad Tech (DV360, SA360, CM360), app stores, & social media platforms
- Utilize A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve landing pages, ad copy, creative assets, & audience targeting
- Leverage expertise in attribution, SKAN, tracking tags, & deep linking to enhance campaign measurement & reporting
Improve our data health through data audits & reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, analytics) to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, & media partners to optimize campaign execution & drive business results
- Generate comprehensive reports & presentations to effectively communicate campaign performance insights to stakeholders
- Maintain a strong understanding of bidding algorithms, audience targeting strategies, & various ad platforms
- Possess the ability to export & analyze performance data for audience & creative insights
- Demonstrate proficiency in querying BigQuery to leverage big data for campaign optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, & best practices in performance marketing
Experience & Background:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid media campaigns
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, Looker, and/or Power BI (a plus) with SQL capabilities
- Proficient experience with Google Analytics, DV360, CM360, or SA360 platforms
- Proven track record of trafficking, managing, & optimizing display and/or search campaigns
- Understanding of attribution models, SKAN data, & campaign measurement best practices
- Hands-on experience with ad trafficking, campaign optimization, & performance analysis
- Ability to develop & implement optimization strategies based on data insights
