Warby Parker is looking for a 1:1 Marketing Associate Manager to help our broader 1:1 Marketing team build & manage our outbound customer communications. Were seeking someone super-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, & highly collaborativesomeone whos eager to dive in & help scale our programs. In this role, youll be a key member of the broader Growth team, using 1:1 marketing channels to engage customers in original ways, personalize communications with data, drive revenue, deliver insights, & build loyalty & brand equity. What youll do: 

• Manage the day-to-day tasks associated with the creation process of our 1:1 messages (email, SMS, & push), including concepting & creative, development & deployment, & reporting & analysis
• In collaboration with members of the 1:1 team, produce creative briefs for upcoming 1:1 marketing messagesoutlining goals, design considerations, audience segmentation, & testing plans
• Develop robust audience segments & deliver personalized messages across channels according to a strategic communications roadmap
• After briefing, track & oversee the delivery of all necessary assets, including copy, design, & product selections (making sure were sticking to preset timelines)
• Compile campaign assets & performance reports to keep stakeholders informed
• Become a total expert in our marketing platform, taking specs from the campaign briefs & translating them into compelling & high-performing campaign builds
• Conduct continuous testing & own the after-the-fact analysis to consistently optimize our marketing efforts & ultimately grow the business

Who you are: 

• Backed by 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably with an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer brand
• The proud owner of a bachelors degree
• Able to work with a major email service provider (such as Iterable or Braze) to set up one-off marketing emails
• Someone detail-oriented with a creative *and* analytical mindset who loves to share findings & actionable insights
• A quick learner with a genuine interest in improving systems, processes, & our overall 1:1 program
• Skilled at prioritizing & managing multiple projects, taking initiative, & working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• An excellent communicatorin person, online, via smoke signal!
• Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
