The Retail Media team helps national brands connect with Hello Fresh Groups customers via product samples, recipe integration, digital activations, brand experiences, & meal kit sponsorship. Through our network of brands, we reach tens of millions of consumers each month allowing brands to engage specific consumer segments & drive mass-scale trial, purchase conversion & authentic word of mouth conversations both online & offline.

HelloFresh seeks an Associate Account Executive, Retail Media to build on the success of this unique offering & to increase sales. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of successful sales experience working with national CPG Brands & the digital agencies that represent them for product sampling, couponing, shopper marketing, digital & trade marketing. You will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients & sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met.

You will...

• Manage all aspects of the sales process including opening & developing new business, closing add-on & incremental business, determining needs, & proposing compelling programs.
• Create strategic marketing solutions for CPG clients
• Develop sales plan for territory to meet or exceed growth & revenue goal
• Build & maintain strong client & agency relationships
• Represent HelloFresh as one of the companys key external evangelist

You have...

• 3-4 years successful sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting & exceeding renewal goals & margins
• Demonstrated success at growing repeat business
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, phone, & email
• Emotional intelligence, positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, attention to detail, strong follow-through
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on, rapidly changing environment
• Ability/willingness to travel domestically
• BA/BS degree
