YOUR ROLE:
We are seeking a highly creative & experienced Senior Art Director with a strong passion for social media, the creator style of content creation, & comprehensive website design for a pharma & wellness client. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, platforms, & the unique aesthetics that resonate with online audiences, as well as extensive expertise in designing visually compelling, user-friendly, & high-performing websites. This role requires a collaborative team player who can drive the creative direction of our social media content & website design, work closely with cross-functional teams, & inspire them.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the marketing, & video production teams to develop & implement innovative & visually compelling content strategies that align with the brand's voice, values, & objectives.
- Lead the creative direction & execution of social media content across various platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Snapchat & emerging channels.
- Work closely with copy writers to create high-quality visual assets, including graphics, videos, animations, & photography, tailored to each social media platform.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, & best practices to ensure our content remains relevant & engaging.
- Partner with influencers & creators to develop authentic & impactful content that resonates with their audiences & aligns with our brand.
- Oversee the design & development of visually stunning, user-friendly, & high-performing websites that enhance the brand's online presence & user experience.
- Ensure website designs are responsive, accessible, & optimized for performance across different devices & browsers.
- Foster a collaborative & creative work environment, encouraging open communication & idea-sharing among team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery & adherence to brand guidelines & quality standards.
- Analyze performance metrics & user feedback to continuously improve & optimize social media content strategies.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, with a strong focus on social media & digital content creation.
- Proven track record of creating visually stunning & engaging social media content that drives audience engagement & growth.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, & basic video editing skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, & best practices.
- Extensive experience in responsive web design, UX/UI principles, & web performance optimization.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
- Ability to think strategically & creatively, with a keen eye for detail & aesthetics.
- Experience working with influencers & creators is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of social media content & creative projects.
Our Hybrid Work Model:
RAPP's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections & collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, if we'd like.

This range is specific to NYC & multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience & training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
