Lyft is searching for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst. Are you someone who has significant experience with supporting a fast-paced, high-growth environment? Are you comfortable working as part of a large, distributed team supporting global IT operations while being based in Kyiv? 

Responsibilities: 

  • Troubleshoot hardware & software problems with Apple products, including desktop & laptop hardware
  • Build & deploy laptops & desktops using standard deployment tools (JAMF, LanDesk, DeployStudio, Deep Freeze)
  • Support & assist employees using AV systems, both onsite & remote, including Google Meet video conferencing hardware, projectors, audio & video conferencing
  • Deploy & support software to end-users
  • Respond to requests for support from the IT Service Desk in person, & via Slack or a ticketing system within a tiered service environment 
  • Update of an inventory for hardware & software

 Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
  • Basic networking skills, including an understanding of servers, switches & WiFi
  • Knowledge of administration of Apple computer products using enterprise management tools
  • Experience using & managing ticket-based enterprise workflow management systems for ITSM Service Desk & document management repositories
  • Strong OS X & Mac hardware troubleshooting experience
  • Familiarity with Windows & Linux based systems 
  • Administration of Okta and/or other single sign-on technologies 
  • G Suite administration experience
  • Previous use of Slack, Jira, & Confluence are preferred 
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude
