The Vice President of Regional Public Affairs is responsible for strengthening CLEARs corporate reputation & brand awareness among government & civic stakeholders at the state & local level, while overseeing a team of Public Affairs professionals driving impact across key regions. Based in New York, this individual will lead a team committed to developing & executing public affairs strategies to effectively tell CLEARs story to elected officials, community partners, local opinion leaders, & members in all markets where CLEAR maintains a presence. In addition to providing strategic leadership, this role will maintain high-level relationships within key markets & ensure alignment across the regional public affairs team. This role is expected to travel up to 25% of the time.

What you'll do:

• Lead, mentor, & manage a team of regional public affairs professionals to execute effective campaigns that align with CLEARs business objectives & values
• Develop & oversee the execution of public affairs strategies to strengthen CLEARs reputation & advance its goals across multiple markets
• Cultivate & maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders in government, business, & community organizations, ensuring CLEARs mission & growth are well-understood & supported
• Monitor & respond to legislative & regulatory activity at the state & local levels, ensuring CLEARs perspectives & interests are effectively represented
• Identify, develop, & manage strategic partnerships with community organizations & advocacy groups to amplify CLEARs impact & visibility
• Represent CLEAR at events, legislative hearings, & stakeholder meetings as a senior leader & key voice for the organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Public Affairs, Aviation, Marketing & Communications, & CLEAR Verified teams to ensure consistent messaging & alignment of efforts
• Manage vendor & consultant relationships to maximize results across priority markets

The base salary range for this role is $250,000-$280,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
