Were seeking a strategic content creator & talented storyteller to create content across a variety of channels for our B2B brandTripadvisor for Businessincluding our suite of hospitality products.

This position will play a key role in strengthening our brand & product voice as well as our presence in the B2B space, increasing awareness for our B2B product offerings & establishing Tripadvisor for Business as an industry thought leader & business solution. The right person for this role will be able to turn insights into compelling, multimedia stories; has an approachable writing style; & knows how to craft content to meet business needs & goals. This new role sits on the Creative & Content team, within the greater Marketing organization, & collaborates closely with our B2B content strategist & marketing partners to produce, edit, & manage both long- & short-form content at scale.  

What youll do:

  • Create B2B thought-leadership content, leveraging a mix of formats including digital articles, videos, white papers, case studies, franchises, & social posts that communicate our unique offering

  • Develop B2B content that drives demand, leads, & acquisition of our hospitality products 

  • Evolve our Hotels & Restaurants product coverage, pitch in on copywriting for product marketing & other seasonal & always-on campaigns for B2B

  • Deeply understand the B2B audience & their challenges, & craft communication in a way that focuses on solutions to help them make decisions 

  • Optimize SEO in existing content & ensure new content pieces (landing pages, articles, videos, etc.) are SEO optimized, leveraging keywords & trends to structure content

  • Work closely with content strategy, design, marketing, & channel leads to build & manage a content calendar; ensure seamless execution, & timely publishing

  • Work with content strategy & marketing to adapt calendar & cadence according to data & insights

  • Manage end-to-end content projects from idea to final productconducting interviews, developing content, securing approvals, submitting translations, & handling channel delivery

  • Grow a diverse, engaging network of writers, editors, & dynamic content creators; edit freelance work

Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years work experience in a B2B editorial, content marketing, copywriting, or content creator role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry, a B2B SaaS, or a product-led organization

  • Experience producing B2B short- & long-form multimedia content across platforms & channels; ability to take a story concept & adapt it to a diverse set of content types distributed across a series of channels 

  • Familiarity with visual storytelling principles that are solution-oriented; ability to work closely with a designer to bring a story to life that demonstrates how the content educates & informs in order to drive action

  • Ability to adapt creative output according to data, insights, & trends

  • Exceptional writing, editing, & proofreading skills including proficiency in AP style; skilled at using a variety of content types to reach a variety of learning styles

  • Experience managing multiple, large-scale, cross-functional projects & working with numerous stakeholders to bring content goals to life 

  • Ability to roll with feedback; prioritize & multitask in a dynamic environment; adapt easily & quickly to change

  • Has a deep, diverse network of writers & contributors at the ready & a strong ability to assign, edit, & coach as needed to create great work

  • A strong cross-team collaborator & relationship builder 

  • Strong sense of ownership & an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Passion for the hospitality industry & restaurant business partners

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $155,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, & this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employees pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, & business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
