Associate Manager, Growth Marketing (Good Chop)

We're looking for an Associate Manager, Growth Marketing to report to the Senior Growth Manager & drive multiple online channels primarily focusing on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Affiliate & Display. Success in this role hinges on your ability to manage campaigns end-to-end, apply critical thinking, & adapt swiftly to the dynamic subscription landscape. You will be immersed in a fast-paced & high-performing environment from day one.
You will
- Develop & execute digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion across multiple online channels, with a strong focus on SEM (Google, Bing), Affiliate & Display.
- Handle the day-to-day execution & optimization of paid search campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, budget allocation, A/B testing across all dimensions (creatives, landing pages, etc).
- Manage & grow affiliate program across different types of partners.
- Drive affiliate strategy & execution: partner mix optimization, pricing & offer approach, asset production & campaign management.
- Scout for new opportunities, support testing & development of new channels.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, driving improvements in micro & macro KPIs, optimizing towards ROI & growth targets.
- Own campaign performance reporting & analysis, providing actionable insights, highlighting key trends, & identifying strategic opportunities.
- Support implementation of automation solutions.
- Manage relationships with external vendors & partners to ensure timely & cost-effective execution of campaigns.

At a minimum, you have...
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field with a strong academic record
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with some experience in the subscription space
- Extensive hands-on experience managing SEM & Affiliate campaigns from concept to execution
- Exceptional quantitative & analytical skills
- A track record of successfully operating & optimizing channels at scale
- Superior time management, organizational, & project management skills
- High proficiency in Google Ads Manager & Google Analytics
- Experience in Commission Junction is a plus
- Basic proficiency in SQL. Experience with Tableau or Adobe suite is an advantage
- Experience with Photoshop, Sketch, Figma or any other photo editing software is a plus.
