Our Marketing Team Noom's Marketing team plays a crucial role in connecting our innovative digital health products with the people who need them most. We work cross-functionally to craft compelling messaging, launch impactful campaigns, & bring the voice of the customer into everything we do. As we continue to expand our offerings, our product marketing team is central to how we tell our story, build trust, & drive engagement.
About the Role As we continue to grow, were seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies & support cross-functional product launches from end to end. This role will act as the connective tissue between product & marketing teams, ensuring our launches are not only timely but also resonate powerfully with our audiences. You'll also lead special projects that enhance how we communicate product claims, working with research, legal, & other partners to bring credible, compelling narratives to life.
You Will
- Lead the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) process for new product launches, from strategic planning through execution
- Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling marketing narratives & positioning
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Research, & Legal teams to ensure messaging is aligned, accurate, & impactful
- Identify the right marketing channels for each product launch & partner with channel owners to execute campaigns
- Own & drive special projects related to claims development, including researching, framing, & validating marketing claims
- Help build scalable mechanisms & processes that improve how we launch & promote products

You Have
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing for consumer facing (B2C) products, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience with in-house marketing teams in the tech or digital product space; digital health or telehealth a plus
- Proven experience partnering with product teams & cross-functional stakeholders beyond just marketing
- Strong product sense, with the ability to translate complex features into user-centered messaging
- Scrappy, adaptable, & comfortable with ambiguityyou thrive in evolving environments
- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills & a collaborative mindset

Compensation Package
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000-$160,000.
- This range reflects the minimum & maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & location, among others.
- Other elements of Nooms Compensation Package
