The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will be responsible for developing & executing the product marketing strategy at Factor. This includes leading go-to-market strategies for new product launches, identifying customer segments, refining value propositions, & optimizing product positioning. Working cross-functionally with the Product Strategy, Tech, Brand Creative, Pricing & Performance Marketing teams, this role will ensure alignment across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. The Senior Manager will report to the Associate Director of Product Marketing & will focus on both product marketing campaigns for customer acquisition & strategies to drive long-term customer retention to beat conversion forecasts & create incremental revenue for Americas #1 ready-to-eat meal delivery brand.

You will

  • Own & execute the product marketing strategy for new product launches, focusing on customer segmentation, positioning, messaging, & campaign briefing.
  • Map out the user journey, gather insights, & identify customer needs to influence Product & Performance Marketing roadmaps.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, CRM, Tech, Brand Creative, Analytics, UX Research, & Performance Marketing, to improve the user experience & drive conversions, engagement, & retention.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer for Factor, sharing insights & best practices to optimize conversion rates & long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with Tech & CRO teams to optimize the sign-up funnel & landing pages through A/B testing & direct marketing strategies.
  • Work with Product Strategy to refine customer segments & drive product development aligned with customer needs & wellness goals.
  • Ensure alignment across messaging & execution for acquisition & retention efforts, collaborating with teams such as Product, Tech, Pricing, & Performance Marketing.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize ad campaigns, landing pages, & CRM segmentation, reducing CAC & improving CVR.
  • Monitor key metrics (CAC, CVR, CLV, Customer Value Added) & assess the effectiveness of product marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to a consistent, customer-centric approach across all product marketing activities.

You have

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on D2C/eCommerce/subscription models
  • A deep understanding of customer behavior, market trends, & competitive landscapes to create successful go-to-market strategies & drive conversions
  • Proven experience working with online & offline marketing channels, including but not limited to Paid Social, SEM, & Direct Mail
  • A solid understanding of both qualitative & quantitative research methods to shape effective marketing strategies, Tech & CRO roadmaps, & Product Strategy
  • Experience collaborating with & influencing cross-functional teams across different offices, including Tech, Product Strategy, & Performance Marketing
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
