As the Senior Manager of Paid Social, you will be responsible for the largest channels across our brands as part of the North America team. You will lead a team of Paid Social experts & help us scale cost-effective customer acquisition & reactivation campaigns across multiple search & biddable product categories. Reporting to our Paid Social Associate Director, you will help develop & execute the strategic plan, use analytics to inform decisions, & drive execution to optimize a significant marketing budget against company goals. 

This role is a high-performance/high-impact role with the opportunity to work with teams across the organization - from Brand, Discounts, Creative, & Analytics. To kick things off, we would like you to focus on various Paid Social channels (such as Meta, TikTok, & Snapchat) as Strategic Investments & work with our in-house experts & agencies to find synergies to bring high-quality customers to the business. Lead the roadmap development & execute key campaigns across our meal kit brand portfolio, with the main focus being HelloFresh.

You will

  • Plan, design, & execute paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc) campaigns from execution to completion. 
  • Use a data-first approach to analyze performance drivers to optimize for channel ROI.
  • Be responsible for all campaign trafficking, quality control, campaign launch, reporting, & analysis. This is a hands-on role building & optimizing campaigns.
  • Optimize campaign performance towards activation, retention, & reactivation goals.
  • Analyze & report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Creative, BI, CRM,  etc.(targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)
  • Develop relationships with key paid social partners to nurture performance growth
  • Provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage a set of external partners & contractors to maximize performance.
  • Design, implement & analyze A/B split tests across paid social channels
  • Work with the Brand Team to oversee & launch paid social creatives.

You are

  • Track record of efficient growth through a solid understanding of paid social & all performance marketing metrics (CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC & LTV)
  • Experience running large multi-million dollar growth campaigns on paid social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit & Snapchat
  • Strong communications & presenting skills with an eye for creative performance.
  • Strong quantitative & analytical skills; able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance
  • A process-improvement mindset to help us become more efficient in our activities.
  • A curiosity to not just know what is happening, but to understand why it is happening.
  • Obsessed with growth & building things while not being afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding & analytical startup environment
  • A positive mindset towards challenges & new opportunities & a natural hustler with a contagious can-do attitude

You have 

  • A bachelors degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
  • 6+ years of experience directly managing paid social campaigns on the client-side (preferred) or at a performance marketing agency.
  • Must be proficient at Excel for performance analysis (pivot tables, formula building, etc)
  • Knowledge of Facebook bidding, targeting, optimization, as well as web & app tracking setup & troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with performance marketing metrics & platform reporting.
  • Strong analytical ability & problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
