Overview

DoubleVerify is seeking a motivated & enthusiastic Talent & Learning Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship program is designed to provide college students with hands-on experience in the field of Talent Management (TM) & Learning & Development (L&D) within a corporate setting. The intern will work closely with the Talent & Learning team to support various projects & initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development & organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general support to DVs Internship Program Manager & the coordination/logistics of intern events.
  • Support the coordination & logistics of training sessions, workshops, & other L&D events.
  • Assist in the design, development, & delivery of training programs & materials.
  • Conduct research on best practices in TM & L&D & contribute to the development of new initiatives.
  • Help maintain & update TM & L&D resources, including online learning platforms & training documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members & other departments to ensure alignment & integration of TM & L&D initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the creation of reports & presentations related to TM & L&D activities & outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

- Strong interest in Talent Management, Learning & Development & employee training.

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Google Suite & Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work independently & as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize effectively.


The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$20.00/hour]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, & benefits.
