Our Clinical Operations Team
The Clinical Operations team at Noom is dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to our users through scalable & efficient clinical programs. We partner closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, & optimize clinical workflows & tools that support Noom's mission to help people live better, longer.

About the Role
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Clinical Implementation Specialist to lead & manage clinical implementation projects from planning through execution. This role partners closely with clinical, product, technical, & operations teams to ensure successful deployment of clinical programs & tools. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical expertise, project management skills, & hands-on technical experience to translate complex requirements into effective, scalable solutions & ensure seamless integration within existing workflows & systems.

You Will

• Lead end-to-end clinical implementation projects, including planning, timelines, risk management, & stakeholder communication
• Serve as the subject matter expert for clinical project execution, ensuring alignment across clinical, technical, & operational teams
• Translate clinical workflows & requirements into clear implementation plans & technical specifications
• Partner with product, engineering, & data teams to support configuration, testing, & deployment of clinical systems & tools
• Distill key information succinctly to foster collaboration, remove obstacles, & resolve complications
• Identify, document, & proactively resolve implementation issues, risks, & dependencies
• Develop & maintain clinical documentation, workflows, & implementation playbooks
• Train & support internal teams & external partners on clinical processes & tools
• Monitor post-implementation performance & recommend improvements based on data, feedback, & outcomes
• Identify opportunities to streamline future implementations through standardization & automation
• Ensure implementations align with clinical best practices, regulatory requirements, & organizational standards

About You

You Have

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare operations, product operations, digital health, or clinical research
• Bachelors degree or equivalent level of relevant education
• Experience managing clinical projects & working cross-functionally with product & engineering teams to implement complex initiatives
• Ability to translate clinical needs into technical & operational solutions
• Strong organizational, documentation, & problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals, pharmacy representatives, & patients
• Ability to manage ambiguity & work independently in a fast-paced environment & manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong technical skills & proficiency, including hands-on experience working with clinical systems & digital healthcare platforms, including EMRs
• Empathy & professionalism when interacting with external stakeholders & internal team members

Compensation Package

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$130,000.
• This range reflects the minimum & maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & location, among others.
• Other elements of Nooms Compensation Package

Location
This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required in our New York, NY, USA office.
