About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire an Analyst to join the Client Operations & Support team. This role is primarily responsible for production support & will work with our Customer Support team using technical troubleshooting skills focusing on SQL & site administration. This role will also potentially work with our product development & engineering teams resolving customer requests & issues that demand your technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis of production issues by utilizing SQL to analyze data, & coordinate with production support teams & engineers to resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary liaison to work cross-functionally with clients, fund administrators, & business groups to manage & rectify data exceptions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to define & implement data projects for existing & new features & workflows.
• Develop exception management tools to strengthen data quality control & produce metrics & dashboards to inform stakeholders on prioritizing resolutions.
• Define business & technology requirement documents for the engineering teams to develop new features or to address issues.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of organizational data flow & its impact on business processes.
• Write test cases & perform UAT to ensure issues are identified & addressed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business analyst and/or data/application support experience within financial services
• Proven track record of performing root cause analysis & coordinating with engineers on investigation & resolution
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication & relationship management skills
• Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, business analytics, business administration, finance, or a related field
• Experience with the private equity and/or hedge fund business & data is a plus

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $100,000.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
