Warby Parker is searching for a driven, solution-oriented Manager of Talent Development to expand on & implement our career development programs across the company. As a member of the People team, youll support our mission to design & deploy equitable resources & training to ensure all Warby Parker employees have the tools they need to reach their full potential. Youll work cross-functionally to establish new solutions in order to swiftly & effectively develop Warby Parkers talent, especially across our fast-growing Retail teams. You will also partner with the broader Talent Management team to improve & scale existing development programs. What youll do:

  • Lead the design, implementation, & project management of career development & leadership development programs across the organization
  • Facilitate internally designed programs including onboarding sessions, skill-building content, & leadership development programs
  • Assess our needs for new development programs, & consider how to scale these programs as the business increases our headcount & number of locations in the coming years
  • Support Talent Developments survey & assessment strategy for career development programs, informing changes to current programs
  • Work closely with our Learning, Inclusion, Equity, & Diversity, & Talent Assessment functions to execute overarching Talent Management strategies

Who you are:

  • Backed by 5+ years of professional experience
  • Proficient in managing projects with multiple deliverables, timelines, & cross-functional partners
  • Skilled at facilitating workshops & trainings for small & large groups, in-person & remotely
  • Experienced with designing & implementing career development programs at scale at a high-growth organization, including building project plans & communication strategies, gaining stakeholder buy-in, & creating program materials
  • Comfortable creating career development program assessment strategies, including but not limited to survey design, survey analysis, & facilitating focus groups
  • An engaged collaborator who is passionate about connecting with people
  • A team player whos able to communicate wellclearly, kindly, oftenwithin our department & across the company
  • A strong organizer & project manager
  • An inquisitive spirit with an iterative approach (youre intentional about collecting & using feedback)
  • Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Warby Parker, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York at the time of posting. Warby Parker may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience & skills, qualifications & location, among others. This range may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus & an equity bonus as part of the total compensation package.
