Were hiring a Senior Recruiter to support HelloFreshs Corporate HQ teams during an exciting phase of growth & evolution. In this role, youll act as a strategic talent partner to the businessowning complex searches, advising stakeholders on hiring strategy, & driving exceptional hiring outcomes. Youll bring urgency, professionalism, & accountability to every search while helping scale teams that power our business.
You will
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Corporate HQ roles across functions including Procurement, Marketing, Product, Culinary, & more.
- Lead & own complex, high-impact searches, often partnering with senior leaders & cross-functional stakeholders.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to hiring managers & HRBPs, developing & executing data-driven recruiting strategies aligned to business needs.
- Identify & implement process improvements that enhance hiring efficiency, candidate experience, & stakeholder satisfaction.
- Elevate HelloFreshs employer brand by delivering a best-in-class, high-touch candidate experience across our offices & distribution centers.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams, ensuring seamless communication & a consistent recruitment & candidate experience regardless of location.
- Take a results-driven approach to recruiting by owning & continuously evolving sourcing strategies for both active & passive talent, leveraging data, market insights, creative outreach, & being accountable to core recruiting metrics & outcomes.
- Leverage Greenhouse to track candidate progress through the funnel, maintaining accurate, clean data to support reporting & insights.

You have...
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally with a blend of agency & in-house corporate experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, high-priority searches simultaneously while delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Jobvite, Taleo, or similar platforms, with a strong focus on data accuracy & pipeline management.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related fieldor equivalent practical experience.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence, challenge, & guide stakeholders toward effective hiring decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to use recruiting metrics & funnel data to assess performance & drive continuous improvement.
