As a Director of Reporting in our New York office, you will play a vital role in driving corporate-level planning initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives. You will work closely with the CFO, VP of Planning, VP of Finance & Executive team to manage the company's planning cycle, conduct financial analysis, & present strategic insights to inform key business decisions. Most importantly, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure financial reporting aligns with the company's long-term vision & operational needs.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years experience working in a global, in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least some US based experience
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or other related field
- Strong knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles
- Experience & ability to relay financial information, reports & findings to non-financial staff & stakeholders - including C-Suite executives & Board Members
- Proficiency with excel/google sheets
- Strong oral & written communication skills.

How youll make an impact:
- Provide strategic counsel to leadership on all reporting matters, both internal & external
- Contribute to the process of evaluating & approving product, business & operations stats to be shared externally.
- Analyze analyst & investor commentary on the company, as well as industry trends & practices. Communicate relevant insights to the IR team & leadership
- Coordinate Board, Quarterly, & annual Public filings as well as regularly present forecasts to Senior Executive Team
- Partner with the Investor Relations team to develop models & investor collateral
- Contribute to the company's budgeting, forecasting, & long range planning cycles
- Benchmark reporting data to external peers, continuously enhancing Finance-led initiatives around business performance measurement
- Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, & data-driven decision-making within the finance team.
- Perform other ad-hoc business reporting & analysis as needed
