Warby Parker is looking for a dynamic & motivated Associate Merchant to join our Merchandising team. In this role, you'll support our head merchants in assorting new collections, researching trends, & merchandising our product in stores & online. As an expert on our upcoming & new offerings, you'll also collaborate & communicate with a range of departments across the company. What youll do: 

• Conduct sales analyses, support new product strategy initiatives, & collaborate with cross-functional partners across the organization to drive the frames business
• Own the full product lifecycle for your categoriespassing line plan needs to design, assorting product, & overseeing investment review & go-to-market strategies
• Oversee SKU set-up, site merchandising, & proofing for all new product launches 
• Create retail training materials for all new product launches & support the head merchants in visual merchandising for all Warby Parker stores
• Coordinate the input & organization of our product catalog
• Oversee our sample process, including organization, display, & communication with our Product Development & Brand teams

Who you are:

• Backed by 1+ years of experience in merchandising
• A result-focused, detailed-oriented thinker whos equal parts creative & analytical
• Equipped with a sharp eye for design, a love for fashion, & keen, up-to-the-minute awareness of trends
• A people person & team playerwe work with almost every department at the company & constantly drive cross-functional communication
• A quick learner who's able to analyze sales data swiftly, accurately, & efficiently
• A master multitasker with great management & organizational skills (get ready to wear many hats!)
• Far from shyyoure comfortable presenting internally, training stakeholders, & leading communication with other teams
• Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra credit:

• A background in non-apparel product
• Experience with G Suite & Excel
