We are looking for a strategic marketer to lead integrated & product marketing for our CLEAR Plus & CLEAR Verified businesses. From spearheading the go-to-market strategies to nurturing leads, you will make an impact from how we tell our story to how we drive revenue to the business. As the product marketing lead you will partner with cross functional teams to drive product through the funnel from launch through adoption.

What you'll do:

  • Develop key partnerships: Partner with leaders across the organization & act as the key liaison to drive product awareness & LTV as we continue to grow CLEARs product landscape
  • Innovate: Ideate innovative ways to grow the business through marketing strategies & various touchpoints to attract & retain customers & partners
  • Take a Data Centric Approach: Work closely with analytics & other stakeholders to clearly define target audiences to build leads & usage illuminating actionable insights to continually drive product improvements & growth. Through data & research, you will help identify opportunities for improved efficiency, effectiveness, & user experience
  • Develop messaging: Drive holistic messaging, ensuring there is clear & consistent communication to customers
  • Lead Go-to-Market Strategies: Spearhead go-to-market strategies, influencing the organization to successfully & cohesively launch new products/features into the market. You will bring our product solutions to life for our partners
  • Be a Product Evangelist: Possess a very deep understanding of the product by working closely with the product teams to direct the customer experience & narrative in order to develop & optimize the customer journey.  You will be the voice of our products & our customers.
  • Best Practices/Training: Lead & participate in stakeholder meetings to establish cross functional knowledge transfer in order to facilitate growth & adoption of our services. You will support our sales channel; train them on the problems we solve & how our product solves them

How you'll measure success:

  • You will deliver meaningful revenue growth through the generation of marketing qualified leads for both B2B & B2C products
  • You will establish brand drivers to gauge the visibility of our products, analyzing sentiment to understand our awareness & perception in the market
  • You will deliver a positive ROI on our marketing initiatives alongside our Performance Marketing & Creative teams, considering both short & long term impact.

What you're great at:

  • Experience working for a high growth business in a B2C & B2B product marketing focused role
  • Ability to craft & drive compelling narratives across different touchpoints
  • Tactical experience across core marketing channels including landing page optimization, mobile apps, email, & user experience
  • Proven track record of taking a data-driven approach to driving strategies, leveraging a strong command of business goals, metrics, & objectives
  • The ability to lead, influence, & communicate cross functionally with Tech/Product/, marketing, sales, & data teams, driving projects to meet goals & timelines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, & interpersonal skills. You are able to articulate the essence & value of the product & brand both internally & externally

The base salary range for this role is $190,000 - $230,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
