WHAT YOU'LL DO

The successful candidate will lead a team of Account Executives, with responsibility for Enterprise accounts in the East region. You will directly manage a team up to 8 field sales professionals & you will build & own the long-term strategy for your region. You will also be focused on mentoring your extended team of Inside Sales professionals & Solutions Engineers & will need to work closely with your peers in Systems Engineering, Consulting & Field Marketing leadership.

Executive presence, strategic thinking & the ability to inspire your team (both direct reports & extended team members) to achieve optimal performance are all critical to success in this role. 

WHO YOU ARE

    • 8+ years of solution sales experience selling to large, complex enterprise organizations

    • 5+ years managing & leading a successful field sales team

    • Prior success in ECM, Cloud, or SaaS sales management

    • Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas
