About the Role

As we continue to grow, were seeking an Associate Scrum Master to support agile delivery & help foster high-performing, collaborative teams. In this role, youll run key ceremonies, support day-to-day workflows, & promote a culture of agility & continuous improvement.

You Will

• Facilitate agile ceremonies for 12 cross-functional teams, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, & reviews
• Support Technical Leads & Product Managers in maintaining & grooming backlogs
• Help monitor sprint health using Jira & other tools to track velocity, blockers, & delivery trends
• Encourage best practices in Agile methodologies & help identify process improvements
• Foster collaboration, communication, & transparency across teams
• Escalate issues & dependencies appropriately & work with partners to resolve blockers
• Assist in preparing & delivering relevant updates to stakeholders on team progress & outcomes
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to maintain alignment across the broader engineering organization
• Partner with Product & Engineering teams to align on project execution
• Coordinate efforts across distributed teams (including iOS, Android, full stack) throughout the full software development lifecycle

About You

You Have

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, or related role
• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban) & agile tooling (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Strong organizational, communication, & facilitation skills
• A continuous improvement mindset & a collaborative working style
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with software development life cycles & cross-functional team structures
• Experience delivering consumer-facing mobile/web applications is a plus
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Compensation Package

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000-$145,000.
• This range reflects the minimum & maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & location, among others. 
• Other elements of Nooms Compensation Package
• Noom offers a comprehensive & generous total rewards package. Location 

• This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required in our Princeton, NJ office.
