DV Rockerbox is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own client relationships & ensure customers achieve measurable success with our platform. You will partner directly with senior marketing leaders, guiding them from onboarding through adoption, growth, & renewal. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires strong prioritization skills, the ability to manage escalations constructively, & a proactive drive to help customers get the most from our product.

CSMs at Rockerbox operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, & execution. Youll help customers leverage our unified measurement platform to reach goals ranging from strategic budgeting to channel optimization, while keeping adoption & outcomes at the center of every engagement.

What Youll Do

  • Own end-to-end client relationships, leading onboarding sessions, platform walkthroughs, status calls, & executive-level conversations.

  • Drive product adoption by connecting platform capabilities to customer goals & embedding Rockerbox into day-to-day decision making.

  • Guide customers through challenges & escalations with a solutions-oriented approach, preserving trust while aligning on next steps.

  • Manage competing priorities & workloads by applying structure, time-boxing, & focus to keep momentum across multiple accounts.

  • Provide structured product feedback & partner with Product, Engineering, & Support to improve customer outcomes.

  • Identify opportunities to expand usage & demonstrate the value of Rockerbox across client organizations.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or other client-facing roles in SaaS, ad tech, or martech.

  • Strong analytical comfort with the ability to help customers apply Rockerbox to their business goals.

  • Excellent communicator with executive presence; skilled at building trust & managing sensitive client conversations.

  • Proven ability to manage escalations & shifting priorities with professionalism & a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Organized & disciplined in managing multiple accounts, using prioritization & time management to keep momentum.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to evolving customer needs, & proactive in driving clarity & next steps.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital marketing, analytics, or campaign management.

  • Familiarity with multiple marketing channels & measurement approaches.

  • Exposure to marketing budgets, attribution, or performance reporting tools.


The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $54,000 - $101,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, & benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, & recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
