The Senior IT Support Engineer will join a diverse & inclusive global team of highly skilled IT professionals.  As a Senior Support Engineer, you will manage & resolve an array of mobile, desktop, audio/video, network, & telecommunications issues, ensuring that our employees remain as productive as possible.  You must be agile enough to adapt to the rapid growth & change of our business, but also disciplined enough to deal with complex challenges, processes, & people.  Your role will involve collaborating with colleagues, leading cross-functional projects, & making impactful technology decisions for employees worldwide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Troubleshooting & support for all IT end user issues: mobile, desktop, audio/video, peripherals, etc.
  • Procurement, asset & inventory management for all IT hardware & software
  • Cross-departmental collaboration with teams like Facilities, Sales, & Engineering, Information Security, Enterprise Team,
  • Managing IT communication between headquarters & remote office
  • Perform system imaging, application configurations, & security policy enforcements
  • Daily onsite office support

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of working experience in an IT Support role
  • Working knowledge of Windows & OSX operating systems
  • Working knowledge of Lenovo & Apple hardware
  • Knowledge of networking concepts
  • Lead complex initiatives to scale & transform the business 
  • Demonstrate that you continue to keep your knowledge & skills up to date (desired)
  • Enthusiasm for your work accomplishments
  • Willingness to go above & beyond
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
  • Excellent teamwork skills

Desired Skills / Knowledge / Experience

  • Technical certification in desktop operating systems (Mac certification a plus)
  • Comprehensive understanding of networking (Network certification a plus)
  • Working knowledge with voice & video conferencing solutions (Google, RingCentral a plus)
  • Experience leading large, complex enterprise initiatives on a global scale (PMP certification a plus)
