On the Growth Product team youll help people believe in themselves again & invest in the right level of products, tools, & support that will make them successful long-term.
The Director of Product Growth we are seeking will have a strong desire to further our mission through innovation. Were constantly expanding the ways we can help people live healthier lives, & this role will drive the strategy & vision for determining the best moments & methods to get existing Noom users (both free & paid) to adopt more of our products & stick around to see the benefits. Along with our Design, Engineering, & CRM teams, youll ideate, evaluate, drive, & execute on opportunities to improve our retention, churn prevention, cross-sell, & upsell experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic player-coach that is excited to drive & scale a critical area of our business.
What Youll Be Doing
- You will drive & own our strategy & vision for helping people navigate our ecosystem of products & services once theyve joined Noom, with the objective of driving LTV via broadening & deepening their relationship with Nooms services.
- You will develop & test hypotheses on upsell, cross-sell, churn prevention, & monetization. Youll have access to multiple data sources including consumer behavior analytics, user research, & experiment performance to maximize conversion rate, retention rate, & customer lifetime value.

What Were Looking For
- 8+ years of growth or product management in a consumer tech space (cross-sell / upsell experience in a Freemium, SaaS, or eCommerce environment is a plus)
- 3+ years managing teams of Product Managers (ideally within Growth)
- Ability to navigate high degree of ambiguity & drive complex projects forward, executing in a highly autonomous way
- Strong first principles thinking & problem-solving skills
- Strong customer empathy & well-versed in user psychology
- Scrappy (execution & outcome-focused) & curious
- Data savvy - well versed with a variety of tools & concepts (user research, market research, data analysis, A/B testing, price testing, etc.). You should understand experimentation concepts like statistical significance & how to calculate an appropriate sample size
- Experience building, shipping, & scaling net-new products
- Strong communication & collaboration skills to manage stakeholders across departments to drive impact

Base Salary
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000 - $273,000.
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, & location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, scope, & location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.

- This position is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week on-site required in one of our offices:

- Exceptionally strong remote candidates willing to travel to a Noom office up to once per month will be considered on a case-by-case basis
