The Role

This role is focused on building & nurturing a network of valuable connections that enable our team to expand its reach & win new business.

You Will

  • Educate agency world on BuzzFeeds offering; ensure BuzzFeed is top of mind & preferred partner for RFPs
  • Create & sustain high-level agency relationships through upfront partnerships  [rate cards/ partnership innovation /white papers ]
  • Work hand-in hand with category sellers to facilitate warm introductions that drive new business & immediate sales opportunities.
  • Work hand-in-hand with programmatic lead to create strategic investment opportunities that unlock content through media investments 
  • Support press, tentpole, & event sprints to ensure we are always adding to our pipeline & rolodex
  • Strategize & assist in outreach for industry events & networking opportunities 
  • Collaborate with sales team on breaking down doors for top accounts

You Have

  • A strong network of agency contacts
  • An understanding of the agency business model
  • A passion for driving sustainable revenue growth
  • Successful track record of exceeding sales targets & driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, & relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, & highly self-motivated with a collaborative attitude
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen & a deep understanding of the media & advertising agency landscape
  • A personable attitude & the ability to develop strong professional relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability to influence, think strategically, & solve problems to achieve results
