About the Role 

iCapital is seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join the Automated Workflow Management team in Operations Product. The Operations Product team is responsible for utilizing the latest technologies to bring the highest level of efficiencies across a wide range of core business processes across iCapital. The team strives to solve the most complex problems with real impact to business operation costs, with a vision towards driving revenue with packaged technology product solutions across the alternatives industry.  

This role will be working in a team-oriented environment with smart & hardworking individuals in a results-oriented culture with support from the Executive Management. This is a management level opportunity with room for growth & oversight over teams, projects, & space. This individual will have the opportunity tosolve fun & complex industry-wide problems, spanning across various alternative investment products. This position will be working directly with end users & clients to bring scale & efficiency spanning across a multitude of different business processes, as well as various user experiences for key critical online functions. This is an opportunity to utilize the latest technologies & innovative solutions, with room to grow or broaden your responsibilities as the company continuously grows. This role will own, lead, & deliver various solutions with direct oversight of product building, largely defining & influencing others in their own space, from identifying unmetneedstodefining requirements,writing user stories, developing project communication plans, & testing product features. Responsibilities 

• Lead engagement with end users & clients to identify & deliver solutions to core functional areas & user experiences. 
• Develop the strategic road map and lead the direction of the product of the platform in partnership with stakeholders. 
• Present, communicate, & work directly with the executive management as needed or to provide status updates of critical strategic projects. 
• Resolve issues & concerns around the allocation of resources & work with stakeholders to manage expectations & setting of priorities. 
• Work with production support team & provide oversight & work to resolve existing gaps with new builds or proposals for new resources. 
• Propose & plan team structure & expansion where necessary with a well thought out plan of execution as the company grows. 
• Mentor the team by coaching and leading by example from all aspects of development whether building relationships or project execution. 
• Identify the highest leverage areas andmobilize key constituents quickly to deliver great productsand critical key features & functions. 
• Work with UX Design, Technology, & other partners in scoping different solutions, writing user-stories & preparing the organization for product launches. 
• Develop a strong understanding of business impacts & what is most critical & manage the team & space for concurrent requests & requirements. 
• Test & review online product upgrades & oversee team execution in general & ensure flawless execution. 
• Monitor the performance of the productand continuously improve itthrough all the life-stages of a product. 
• Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape from a business & legal and compliance perspective. 
• Step outside the product realm when appropriate to contribute to the team & overall company mission. 

 Qualifications 

• 10-15+ years of experience in product managementin a fast-paced, agile environment 
• Proven track record of management of technical teams & projects, managing space for organizing requests & priorities, & managing space for organizing requests & priorities 
• Proven track record of exercising strong influence in partnerships with colleagues, teams, & clients 
• Great communicator & comfortable engaging executive management for ideas & resolutions 
• Natural problem solver & driven to push initiatives to conclusions 
• Critical thinker & comfortable with the unknown 
• Financial technologybackgroundstrongly preferred 
• Willingness to dig deep, analyze & know the processes of how things work Willingness to dig deep, analyze, & know the processes of how things work 
• Comfort with leveraging SQL & able to generate conclusions based on data being presented  
• Develop an in-depth understanding of organizational data flow & its impact on business processes 
• Expertise with QA testing & business analysis & project management 
• Strong technical background andunderstanding; Able to construct wireframes & design user experiences while understanding basic API functionalities 
• Strong interpersonal skills & capable of building relationships to gain buy in & achieve business results 
• History of customer centric focus with a knack forquick & thoughtful problem-solving 
• Strong interpersonal & presentation skills, with experience managing a dynamic team 

 Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $180,000 depending on level. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
