Squarespace Talent Acquisition Partners drive the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, sourcing & screening top talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process, & ensuring a successful match between hiring needs & candidates' experiences, interests, & career goals. This role aims to contribute to the company's mission by identifying & hiring the talent that drives innovation & success. You will specifically support recruiting efforts for R&D teams, including Product & Engineering.
This is a hybrid role working from our New York City HQ. You will report to the Manager of R&D Recruiting.
You'll Get To
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition across our Product teams in the US, while picking up Engineering roles as needed.
- Build creative sourcing strategies tailored to the specific needs for each role & team, bringing diverse talent with experience building product that impacts millions of customers
- Build high-trust relationships with hiring managers & interviewers alike; driving search progress while supporting Product pipelines.
- Develop a deep understanding of the impact, goals, processes, culture, & skill sets needed of hiring teams to co-author job postings, & craft recruitment strategies, & communicate with candidates
- Build & maintain a white-glove search experience for hiring managers & candidates while leveraging BrightHire, Greenhouse, & reporting to scale your practice
- Bring your unique approach to building candidate & hiring manager relationships while representing Squarespace's brand & culture
- Maintain accurate & detailed records in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to support reporting & onboarding processes.
- Adhere to SLAs, processes, & People Team best practices. You'll collaborate daily with your People Team counterparts as you build technical teams.
- Proactively identify problems or blockers, collaborate with senior recruiters, & suggest solutions to improve hiring outcomes.
- Participate in internal & cross-functional projects as stretch assignments to enhance recruitment strategies.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle technical recruiting support role, supporting high complexity stakeholders at the senior leadership level
- Experience managing hiring to plan, including forecasting & ensuring hiring progress against an in-seat target date
- High touch philosophy with applicants, candidates, referrals & employees to ensure everyone involved with the hiring process has an excellent experience
- Experience leveraging data & reporting to drive stakeholder decisions

Cash Compensation Range: $105,500 - $160,000 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
