The Corporate Development team is looking for a dynamic & strategic M&A Integration Sr. Manager to join our growing team & play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Squarespace's inorganic growth strategy. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build & lead our M&A integration practice, driving both pre-merger planning & post-merger execution to ensure seamless transitions & maximum value realization.
You will work cross-functionally with executives & key stakeholders across finance, HR, legal, & product teams to develop & implement best-in-class integration strategies. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex challenges, & is passionate about delivering successful integrations that drive business impact.
You will report into the Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development in our New York office. This is a hybrid role that will require 2-3 days per week in our NY office.
You'll Get To
- Lead & develop the M&A integration strategy & planning process with functional leaders & program management resources to ensure seamless alignment with business objectives
- Engage in early due diligence for acquisitions to understand the strategic objectives & provide an early assessment of integration planning & risks
- Design & execute a comprehensive project plan which includes all workstream & functional team tasks to achieve our strategic objectives, as well as managing the day-to-day integration efforts
- Define, track, & communicate key performance metrics, ensuring transparency & accountability while proactively identifying & escalating potential risks or roadblocks. Establish & refine best practices for M&A integration by developing & contributing to a long-term playbook that drives continuous improvement & efficiency.
- Support broader project management initiatives during periods of lower demand by assisting with process improvements, documentation enhancements, & cross-functional initiatives to enhance team & department effectiveness.
Who We're Looking For
- 8+ years of cross-functional project management experience, including significant M&A integrations leadership
- Proven experience in technology-driven industries, preferably in software, SaaS, and/or consumer Internet
- Working knowledge of key business processes, such as. product development, go-to-market strategies, "order to revenue recognition," employee onboarding, etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail & project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Highly effective communicator & collaborator, with strong written & presentation skills tailored to diverse stakeholders, from executives to operational teams

Cash Compensation Range: $148,500 - $239,200 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
