Squarespace is looking for a Manager to lead our Marketing Channel Analytics & Operations team.

You & your team will power our growth strategy & marketing investments through innovative analytical, process & technology solutions to help us grow our brands, customers & revenue & scale our operations efficiently.

You are an exceptional business partner, communicator & people manager with expertise in cross-channel marketing data, measurement, process & technology solutions & success in setting & achieving roadmaps & milestones. You have deep, hands-on experience building, scaling & interpreting marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution and/or experimentation programs to optimize diverse marketing investment portfolios.

This is a hybrid role working from our New York City headquarters (3 days per week). You'll report to the Director of Acquisition & Revenue Analytics.

You'll Get To

  • Lead a team of data & operations analysts to achieve business results, operational efficiency & career growth
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Data Science & Engineering to evolve, scale & interpret our marketing mix, attribution & experimentation solutions & insights
  • Deliver analytical, process & technology solutions to maximize scale & performance across paid & unpaid marketing channels, reflect industry best practices & serve a growing portfolio of Squarespace products & brands
  • Surface relevant business insights & market trends to senior leaders & empower business partners to understand & act on key metrics through self-service tooling
  • Promote knowledge & best practices across our Insights & Analytics community

Who We're Looking For

  • 10 years of experience delivering analytical, process, & technology solutions in a marketing agency or in-house team, with 5+ years hiring & managing teams
  • Proven expertise with marketing mix modeling & multi-touch attribution, ideally having directly built MMM/MTA solutions or collaborated closely with Data Science/Machine Learning to implement & refine them, as well as using results to drive actionable recommendations & optimize marketing investments across multiple channels
  • Experience designing, scaling, & validating incrementality testing programs to support & validate investment decisions
  • Experience driving marketing channel strategy, planning & performance through first- & third-party data, insights, decision frameworks & learning agendas
  • Knowledge of common AdTech & MarTech platforms (Tag Manager, Ad Server, DSP, SEO, CDP, ESP, Analytics Tools) & their respective business applications & privacy requirements; experience implementing & driving adoption of one or more platforms
  • Experience with campaign operations across brand & direct response channels (paid search, paid social, creator, video, etc) a plus
  • Expertise in SQL & one or more BI/visualization tools & best practices

Cash Compensation Range: $148,500 - $239,200 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to receive an incentive award as part of their total compensation.
