Squarespace is looking for a data-driven Senior Pricing Analyst to research, design, & evaluate initiatives that achieve profitable growth across our portfolio of products & businesses.

The Pricing Analyst will support or lead work streams on projects related to Squarespace's pricing strategy, collaborating with product teams & departments on monetization efforts. You will join a centralized Pricing team working closely with multiple teams across our monetization efforts.

This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office 3 days per week. You will report to our Senior Manager, Data Science & Machine Learning in our NYC office.

You'll Get To

• Analyze pricing data, customer segments, & user behaviors to discover pricing opportunities, best practices, & areas for improvement.
• Translate analyses into actionable insights to prioritize pricing decisions in line with business objectives.
• Design pricing experiments together with Product teams to evaluate the effectiveness of different pricing strategies, & perform the analysis of test results to identify successful approaches which will inform our overall strategy.
• Collaborate with Financial Planning & Analysis on pricing models that incorporate factors such as product features, customer lifetime value, market demand, & competitive landscape.
• Monitor & analyze competitors' pricing structures, packaging, & positioning within the market.
• Prepare regular reports & dashboards that provide visibility into key pricing metrics, trends, & performance indicators.
• Present findings & recommendations to stakeholders at various levels & departments across the organization.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelors/Masters Degree with 4+ years of experience working within an analytical role
• Proactive, creative, & curious about understanding what customers value
• Experience translating data to technical & non-technical audiences
• Strong competency with SQL & business modeling

Cash Compensation Range: $105,500 - $170,200 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
