About the Job: 

In this exciting new role within the People team, you will help support the most critical employee driven initiatives across the company. As the People Operations Manager, you will be the conductor of the employee experience from onboarding to off boarding. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to understand various programs expectations & deliverables & design project management frameworks to ensure timely launches & ongoing success. This is a highly dynamic position & a unique opportunity to drive impact across the organization. What Youll Do:

• Lead critical evergreen workstreams such as new hire onboarding, coordinating logistics with candidates & internal stakeholders, developing programming & acting as a liaison to new hires ensuring a smooth experience for all involved. 
• Develop & implement key people team processes such as reviews, open enrollment, training, compliance programs etc. including understanding the expectations, deadlines, & deliverables & creating a clear process & tracking mechanism that drives accountability & results.   
• Maintain & answer employee inquiries through JIRA ticketing.  
• Develop & maintain key HR related documentation & communication regarding policies & programs including drafting & sending materials, displaying on intranet, ensuring ongoing updates, etc. 
• Support employee engagement initiatives such as panel discussions, social, & culture driven events.
• Partner with various people team stakeholders across the organization to support & drive forward key projects as needed.
• Develop, track, & report on KPIs & key metrics for People Team initiatives on an ongoing basis.
• Stay up to date on the latest HR industry trends including vendors, resources, conferences, services & provide relevant recommendations & updates as needed.

About You:

• 4+ years of experience in HR & project management in a dynamic & fast paced environment.
• You are extremely process oriented & have proven examples of effective project management in the HR space with associated metrics.
• Youre highly analytical, & can understand & dissect data & use it inform actions & processes.  
• Youre a master at strategic prioritization & decision making, & can effectively balance long term business goals with short term needs & create action places accordingly.
• You have a strong bias for action & will prioritize delivering results. 
• You have a founder mindset & an entrepreneurial spirit. Youre ready to take on tasks outside of role. 
• Youre resilient, & can be flexible with changing business needs & priorities.
• Youre great at building relationships & trust within the organization. 
• You have experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google docs, Google sheets, Google slides) & preferably with Asana or other project management software.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $87,000 - $109,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
