We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to focus on deepening user engagement with behavior change activitieslike content consumption, habit tracking, & goal-setting. Youll play a key role in shaping user journeys that are not only effective but genuinely motivating & delightful.

Youre comfortable operating across the full design stackfrom product strategy & user flows to polished visual designand are passionate about building experiences that are both user-centered & results-driven.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead the design efforts for a critical portion of our app strategy.
• Apply design principles to enhance user acquisition, engagement, & retention rates.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Design & Research Peers, & other stakeholders to define design requirements & iteratively develop solutions & tests that improve user satisfaction & drive growth.
• Create design artifacts including flow-charts, wireframes, prototypes, & high-fidelity designs.
• Contribute to the evolution of Nooms design system, ensuring consistency & scalability across various touchpoints of the product.
• Provide feedback to peer designs in peer critique & contribute to broader design topics (i.e. architecture discussions).
• Stay current with industry trends, competitors, design best practices, & artificial intelligence capabilities.  
• Present design rationale, concepts, & results to cross-functional teams, & leadership.
• Provide guidance & mentorship as appropriate.

What Were Looking For:

• 6+ years experience as a Product Designer. 
• Demonstrable record of shipping successful consumer products.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience with experimentation, working backwards from metrics & user goals. 
• Experience designing for repeat engagement.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability at multiple levels of design abstraction (e.g.; product strategy, flow, features, UX, visual)
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with gamification is a plus. 
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to think strategically & creatively, balancing business goals with user needs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment & adapting to changing priorities

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is  $153,000 - $207,000.
• The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
