We are seeking a dynamic Healthcare Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping the positioning, messaging, & go-to-market strategies for CLEAR Verified, our B2B identity product, with a specific focus on the Healthcare industry. You will work cross-functionally with our Product, Business Development, & Marketing & Communications teams to drive revenue & enhance our market presence.
What you'll do:
- Develop & refine product positioning & messaging that resonates with our target audiences & differentiates our products in the market
- Partner with our Healthcare team on full go-to-market planning
- Create compelling sales & marketing content to support positioning, garner adoption, & capture revenue
- Conduct market & competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions & product direction
- Support the sales team with the appropriate materials & training to drive successful sales conversations
- Manage product launches & ongoing marketing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Measure & report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns & strategies, adjusting as necessary to optimize results
How you'll measure success:

- Assess the effectiveness of healthcare product launches, sales enablement, & time-to-market execution to drive adoption among key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, & technology partners
- Track the impact of healthcare-specific messaging by analyzing brand awareness, content engagement, & win/loss performance in competitive deals
- Leverage industry feedback to refine go-to-market strategies & measure our competitive edge in the healthcare space to ensure alignment with healthcare partner needs & end-user needs
- Analyze user adoption, feature engagement, & expansion revenue to ensure healthcare organizations maximize the value of our solutions
What you're great at:
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing & 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS
- Previous experience in Healthcare strongly preferred; B2B experience required
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence others & to drive clarity & accountability around goals, success criteria, & timelines
- Passion for customers & cross-functional collaboration with direct experience in go-to-market focused roles
- You are a team player, with a collaborative & cooperative work style. You possess time-management & prioritization skills & are excited to roll-up your sleeves
- Work well cross functionally, building strong relationships to effectively partner across the organization to obtain shared success
- Strong project manager with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams & priorities

The base salary range for this role is $105,000-$120,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
