Contract Details

Were looking for a proactive & detail-oriented Email & Lifecycle Marketing Contractor to help us build & execute automated communications that drive member engagement & enrollment, ahead of our 1/1 enrollment season. Youll impact our B2B2C partnership experiences & bring them to life across email, SMS, & push channels. Consulting closely with our Member Marketing, Product, & Partner Success teams, youll use Iterable to deliver personalized, high-impact lifecycle campaigns, to support partner launches, feature adoption, & long-term retention.

This is a hands-on contract opportunity with flexibility & the chance to contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven team focused on health & behavior change.

You Will:

Priority 1: Member Enrollment Campaign Build & Execution

  • Support the execution of go-live enrollment campaigns using Iterable, ahead of our 1/1 enrollment season.
  • Assist in developing & updating modular templates for various client sizes.
  • Set up campaigns within Iterable, ensuring correct audience targeting & timing.
  • Conduct end-to-end QA to ensure accuracy, compliance, & timely deployment of campaigns.
  • Partner with B2B operations & partner success to monitor campaign delivery.

Priority 2: Lifecycle Journey Deployment

  • Build & maintain automated lifecycle workflows in Iterable, in collaboration with member marketing & product stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on journey testing & documentation to support program optimization.
  • Maintain & update journeys regularly, seeking opportunities to automate workflows & identify improvements to enhance performance & scalability.

Priority 3: Channel Testing & Personalization

  • Support & consult on A/B tests & audience segmentation efforts.
  • Track campaign performance using built-in Iterable & Looker analytics.
  • Help analyze results & recommend tactical improvements for future sends.

You Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Iterable (email, SMS, & push notifications).
  • 24 years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a B2B2C or Health Tech environment.
  • Familiarity with campaign QA, audience segmentation, & performance reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding & knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, & HIPAA compliance & frameworks (preferred).
  • Proficient in reporting & analytics tools (Looker experience is a plus)

Contract Details: 

  • Location: Remote (US-based required)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Rate: $45 - $65/hour 
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: 6 months 
    • Potential for extension or contract-to-hire conversion upon business need
