Within Product, Noom Med focuses on building clinically grounded, medication-supported programs that integrate seamlessly into the broader Noom ecosystem.

About the Role

As we continue to grow, were seeking a Senior Product Manager to help scale & evolve Noom Med, our medication-enabled care offering. In this role, youll own key parts of the product experience that connect members, clinicians, & care teamsensuring safe, effective, & delightful delivery of medication-supported behavior change. Youll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, & Operations to define strategy, drive execution, & continuously improve outcomes for members using Noom Med.

You Will

• Own the product roadmap for critical Noom Med experiences, balancing member needs, clinical requirements, & business goals
• Translate complex clinical & operational workflows into intuitive, scalable digital products
• Partner with Engineering & Design to deliver high-quality features from discovery through launch & iteration
• Collaborate with Clinical, Legal, & Compliance partners to ensure products meet regulatory & safety standards
• Use qualitative insights & quantitative data to define success metrics & drive continuous improvement
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, & tradeoffs clearly to cross-functional stakeholders & leadership
  
  

About You

You Have

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital health, healthcare technology, or regulated consumer products
• Experience owning complex product areas with multiple stakeholders & dependencies
• Strong customer empathy & the ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product direction
• Comfort working with clinical, legal, or regulatory constraints
• Proven ability to use data to inform decisions & measure impact
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Compensation Package

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $176,000$238,000.
• This range reflects the minimum & maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & location, among others.
• Other elements of Nooms Compensation Package
• Noom offers a comprehensive & generous total rewards package.
