Squarespace is looking for a passionate & adaptable Lead CRM Analyst to help develop, execute & analyze our CRM email acquisition, cross-sell & retention strategies.

You will raise the bar by powering a data informed approach to customer targeting, campaign measurement & our overall CRM/promotions strategy. With a keen eye & meticulous attention to detail, you will help support our expansion into new markets & other forms of direct communication including push, in-app & onsite messaging. You will be a part of a growing team, focused on transforming Outbound Marketing as a revenue-driver for the company.

You will work hybrid from our New York headquarters, or remote from an approved US state, & report to the Head of Audience Strategy (CRM).

You'll Get To

• Clearly communicate insights & recommendations to the team backed by data
• Support the CRM Campaigns team with list operations for outbound marketing campaigns that deliver against revenue-driving goals including incremental revenue lift, engagement & retention
• Leverage performance dashboards & develop recurring CRM campaign reporting
• Maintain dashboards & perform regular audits on all dashboard data
• Provide database counts & audience sizing for ad-hoc requests for campaigns & market research
• Perform list hygiene process for all non-marketing lists to check for various suppressions & exclusions
• Develop automated CRM campaigns in ESP
• Maintain & audit CRM data in ESP & push platforms
• Collaborate with Engineering team to drive implementation roadmap, operationalize targeting variables, & ensure data integrity
• Contribute to ideation process with strategic insights, supporting the development of CRM tactics & revenue driving opportunities

Who We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of demonstrated success in a database or marketing analytics role
• Advanced knowledge of SQL; Python
• Knowledge of overall email processes & ESP platforms
• Analytically minded strategic thinker who can proactively identify opportunities for growth
• Ability to champion ideas & execute in an expedited time frame & to establish trust & maintain a collaborative spirit working cross-functionally in the organization

Cash Compensation Range: $97,000 - $150,000 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
