About the Role
As we continue to grow, were seeking a Director of Product Operations to evolve, manage, & scale how we plan & execute our ambitious product roadmap. Partnering directly with the Chief Product Officer, this high-impact role acts as both a strategic operator & chief of staff, enabling product excellence & organizational alignment. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, enhance product planning & lifecycle processes, & lead a growing team to help scale our product organization.

You Will

• Serve as a key partner to the CPO, supporting product leadership & acting as chief of staff
• Lead & evolve Product Operations best practices, including structured Product Reviews (sync & async)
• Maintain tools, templates, & processes used by PMs for initiative conceptualization, socialization, & approval
• Ensure cross-functional visibility of the product pipeline, collaborating with Program Management & other stakeholders
• Track projects through idea, definition, & design phases to maintain momentum & adherence to checkpoints
• Act as a quality bar-raiser across the product org by proactively identifying issues & facilitating resolution
• Oversee procurement & renewal of product tools & software within the department budget
• Partner with Product & Data Science to define & maintain product success metric reporting strategies
• Organize & run product leadership team meetings, including agenda setting with the CPO
• Establish templates & practices for board & offsite materials
• Lead & grow the Product Operations team, fostering collaboration & career development

About You

You Have

• 6+ years of experience in product operations and/or product management, including at least 2 years in product operations or chief of staff-type roles.
• Proven expertise managing product operations in a multi-product environment.
• Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, & external partners.
• Strong ability to multitask & context-switch between executive-level strategy & operational execution.
• Excellent written & visual communication skills, with a particular strength in creating materials for executive & board-level audiences.
• Exceptional judgment around priorities, tradeoffs, & knowing when to say no.
• Demonstrated experience managing & mentoring teams, with strong leadership skills & the ability to inspire & elevate others to achieve high performance.

Compensation Package

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000-$230,000.
• This range reflects the minimum & maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & location, among others.
• Other elements of Nooms Compensation Package
• Noom offers a comprehensive & generous total rewards package. This generally includes a discretionary performance-based bonus, stock awards, healthcare, disability & retirement benefits, paid holidays & paid leave, & various wellness programs, etc.

Location
This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required in our New York, NY, USA office.
