The Affiliate Marketing Manager will drive revenue growth through a portfolio of affiliate partnerships in the travel space & beyond. This includes launching & optimizing campaigns, fostering strong relationships, & unlocking new opportunities. What you'll do:

• Develop & implement affiliate marketing campaigns that drive traffic & revenue
• Source, negotiate, & manage relationships with new & existing partners
• Analyze campaign performance & optimize strategies to maximize ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling offers & promotions
• Stay updated with industry trends & competitor activities to identify new opportunities

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.

The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
