As Associate Counsel on the Legal team in our NYC office, you will work with our global Legal team to support all aspects of Taboolas business growth. You will effectively handle multiple legal & compliance challenges, providing proactive & creative solutions inline with Taboola's risk tolerance.  You will support on a variety of commercial & corporate matters, as well as supporting the legal team in global cross functional projects.  

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 2-4+  years of experience in-house or at a reputable law firm
• Background in commercial/contract law, preferably with experience in other practice areas, e.g. general corporate law, IP
• Familiarity with data protection & privacy topics
• Qualification to work as a lawyer in the US
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English, including a clear & concise drafting style

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working in the advertising or tech industry
• Prior in-house experience at a fast-paced company
• Project management experience

How youll make an impact:

As an Associate Counsel, you will: 

• Draft & negotiate third party commercial contracts, including service agreements, NDAs, marketing agreements, advertising agreements, publisher agreements & digital advertising agreements.
• Handle multiple projects at the same time, & tag-team with legal team members in other time zones around the world to collectively provide around-the-clock support.
• Provide legal support with respect to various international business development projects, commercial contracts management, & global compliance.
• Support day-to-day legal issues arising in a growing & complex business.
