This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across all areas of the business. As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in Palantir's operations, supporting employees from initial offer throughout their entire Palantir journey.

You are passionate about People Operations (employee onboarding, data management, customer service) & committed to providing high-quality service. Your ability to manage high-volume workstreams & prioritize competing demands will be crucial to your success in this fast-paced environment. You understand & can articulate the broader context of people project work - what tradeoffs were made, who made them, & what the reasons were.

You are outcome-oriented & pursue solutions in a thoughtful, iterative, & empathetic way. You have a keen eye for detail & critical thinking & are motivated by consistently improving internal processes that remove friction & create seamless employee experiences.
